Quit Smoking and Win
- Open to all those who are residents of Southend-on-Sea, work in Southend-on-Sea or are registered with a GP there, aged 18+ only. Employees of Everyone Health (the ‘Promoter’), their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible for entry.
To be eligible to enter the prize draw, residents must set a date to quit smoking within the Promotional Period. The promotion starts at 09.00 on 6 March 2026 and ends at 17.00 on 21 March 2026. They must then attend an initial assessment with an Everyone Health Stop Smoking practitioner (either virtually or face to face), do a baseline CO test (this is optional), attend any follow up appointments as required and remain completely smoke-free from the quit date they set up until the date the prize draw is made. This smoke-free period must be continuous and unbroken for a minimum of 25 days. Any use of tobacco or nicotine products during this period will render the entrant ineligible. They must either be co-certified or self-certify to confirm that they have been smoke free and this information will be recorded on a 4-week data collection template.
- To participate, entrants must provide their full name, date of birth, full postal address (entry is only open to residents of Southend-on-Sea or those working within Southend-on-Sea), email address, telephone number (mobile or landline). The Stop Smoking Assessment will include sharing of medical data.
- One entry per person quitting smoking. Anyone trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified.
- There will be 11 winners selected in the prize draw. Prizes will be awarded in the order that the entrants are drawn as follows:

2 x tickets for Konnected Day into Night event at Sunrooms2, Southend-on-Sea. Event runs from 4pm – 3am. Tickets valid until last entry at 1am on Sunday 4 May. Entry for over 18s only.
- No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- The winners and 2 reserves (per prize) will be drawn by using a verifiably random computer-generated process on 15 April 2026. The winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw date by both telephone call and email. If a winner does not claim within 14 days of being first contacted, rejects their prize or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the reserve next in line will be notified. Reserve winners must follow the same process within the same time as initial winners. The process will repeat until both reserves have been notified after which the prize will be null and void if unclaimed. The winners will be contacted by Everyone Health within 7 days of a valid claim and the completion of any verification process to begin the fulfilment process for their prize. Prizes will be dispatched directly to the address chosen by the prize winner. It is the responsibility of entrants to check their connections to ensure they are in receipt of any communications.
- The winners will be asked if they are willing to take part in publicity in the form of photographs and interviews with local media and Everyone Health. The winners may be asked to take part in an interview or have their photo or a video taken. These photos and footage may be used on Everyone Health’s social media channels, marketing materials and external media. A full filming and photographic consent form will be provided to each winner advising what is required of them at the time of being awarded their prize if they consent to publicity.
- The Promoter will make available the names of the winners to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this Promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by emailing [email protected]. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request the winners list and location by emailing [email protected] and requesting ‘Everyone Health Stop Smoking winners Southend-on-Sea.’ We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states a winner’s date of birth). The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a claimant’s participation in the promotion.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion and/or the use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
- Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation.
