Everyone wants to be healthy and we at Everyone Health are here to make that happen.

Teaming up with Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, we are here to help with every aspect of health, fitness and wellbeing, with all of our programmes proven to have long term benefits.

Our service is free for people aged 16 and above who live or work in Southend or are registered with a Southend GP practices. This includes support to lose weight, eat more healthily and get active.

Depending on the programme you’re on, our services can be accessed in your GP’s practice, pharmacy, a community location or, if you need special support, your own home. There’s also a dedicated help line and online service.

To ensure these health benefits are long term, each of the programmes last around three months, with regular check-ups after that to make sure you’re keeping up the good work or help you with any other issues.

So, whether you want help to lead a more active lifestyle or lose some weight, Everyone Health – alongside Southend-on-Sea Borough Council – can help you.
